Customer Issue: Mr. West had concerns that the excess dust and other substances building up on his vents might encourage mold.
Our Solution: We thoroughly cleaned each vent in Mr. West’s home by applying a careful method to each one. Our team turned on the fan to ensure that all loosened dust would blow outward to be cleaned up, rather than fall into the duct further. We then used a sturdy brush to knock the blockages free from the vent and vacuumed them up.
Customer Issue: The Mill family’s ac/heater unit had gone several years without maintenance and was starting to slow down.
Our Solution: Opening the HVAC unit revealed that the motor and wiring were fortunately still in excellent shape, but the filter was getting full. After air washing the motor and HVAC interior, our team removed the old filter, installed a fresh one, and closed the unit up for testing.
Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning
Customer Issue: Mrs. Montgomery’s kitchen had a need for better fume catchment after her stove hood exhaust pipe got stuffed up.
Our Solution: Disassembly of the hood itself allowed for thorough cleaning of its interior surfaces, components, and fan. After that, our high powered air hose with interchangeable whip, brush, and mop heads emptied the exhaust duct itself of the accumulated kitchen debris.
Customer Issue: Mr. Kirk needed his HVAC system checked for proper operation.
Our Solution: Our team first tested the customer’s HVAC system. We tested the compressor and evaporator and checked for leaks before recharging it to specifications. Then we used our specialized blowers, vacuums, and brushes to clean out the rest of the system.
Air Duct Cleaning
Customer Issue: Dirty air ducts.
Our Solution: We accessed the main supply and return trunk line and hooked up our negative-pressure vacuum to the entire duct system. We prevented airborne particles from spreading via the vents during the process and cleaned the system efficiently.
Customer Issue: Clogged filters.
Our Solution: Our team found a washable filter next to the blower unit and disposable ones by the central air return register, in the attic, and in the basement. We replaced them all with disposable units that were more effective at trapping small particles.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Customer Issue: Over half of the dryer vent was filled with lint.
Our Solution: We separated the buildup from the walls of the vent, successfully reaching all areas of the vent. Next, we collected all the lint with a powerful yet gentle vacuum to keep the vent intact during cleaning.
Air Duct Repair
Customer Issue: There were several air leaks in the HVAC air ducts.
Our Solution: With careful inspection, we determined the locations of the leaks and used mastic to seal them tightly, preventing air, dust, and debris from getting into the air ducts. We removed the existing accumulations of dust and debris to complete the job.
Air Duct Cleaning
Customer Issue: Our customer moved into a new home and wanted the HVAC air ducts checked and cleaned.
Our Solution: After identifying the spread and thickness of the dust, debris and pollen accumulations, we loosened and removed them using professional equipment. Because the air ducts were tight, this job required extra dexterity.
